Mission

CSIPN / RITC is a basis component of the second stage of Canadian-Russian project on Institutional Building for Northern Aboriginal Peoples in Russia (INRIPP-II), which is implemented by aboriginal organizations of both countries, and also by Inuit Circumpolar Conference (ICC — Canada) from Canadian side and Russian Association for Indinenous Peoples of the North, Siberia and Far East (RAIPON) from Russian side.
